The company is still at the helm of Robert Brett who manages a small staff compliment of 6, many of whom have been with the company for longer than 14 years. This is largely due to Cut Papers management style of relationship building with its staff and the distribution of decision making.

We have a compact print works and most staff are able to move from one department to another when needed. This system is to our advantage as all staff are capable of filling in for others when absent from work.

• Capture more of the market by offering more short run colour printing

• Maintain and improve turnaround time where possible

• Increase print capabilities through the acquisition of technologically advanced machinery

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through service excellence
